Why not leave our home in the care of our watchful neighbors, or on the reputation of the great neighborhood we live to where crime is virtually non-existent?
Ask yourself this...why health insurance? Why not take a chance that your healthy living will prevent you and your family from ever needing medical care?
Why service your car? It's running fine right now; it will always be that way, right?
The question is not why home security, it's why NOT? The peace of mind you have in knowing that your home is safe and secure is worth it's weight in gold!
While it is true that a home security system will not prevent a break-in, automobile insurance won't prevent an accident either.
